Privacy Policy

What we collect
- Account data: email addresses, phone numbers, Google account identifier and Telegram numeric user id that you verify and link, and an internal user id.
- Session and security data: IP address, browser user agent, sign-in times and active sessions, used to secure your account and detect abuse.
- Membership and payment data: invoices, the blockchain network, the public sending address and transaction hash of payments, and membership periods. Blockchain transactions are public by nature.
- Workspace data: watchlists, saved scans, alert rules, notification preferences and dashboard layout.
- Delivery logs: records of notifications sent to you and whether the provider accepted them.
We do not collect exchange API keys, private keys or trading account balances. The risk calculator runs in your browser and its inputs are not stored.
Why we use it
To provide the service, verify payments, deliver alerts you request, secure accounts, comply with legal obligations, and improve reliability. Operational messages (codes, payment and membership notices, security notices, your alerts) are always sent; promotional messages only with your opt-in.
Processors
Hosting (Vercel), database (Turso), email delivery (e.g. Resend), SMS delivery (e.g. Twilio, if phone login is enabled), Telegram (for linked accounts) and blockchain data providers (RPC/TronGrid) process data on our behalf. [Final list, locations and transfer mechanisms to be confirmed.]
Retention
Account and workspace data: while your account exists. Payment and audit records: retained as required for accounting, tax and fraud prevention [period to be confirmed by counsel]. Security logs: up to 12 months. High-frequency market data is not personal data.
Your rights
You can view and update your linked identities and sessions on your account page and request deletion of your account. Depending on your jurisdiction you may have additional rights (access, correction, portability, objection). Contact us via Support.
