Market Risk Disclosure
DRAFT — prepared for legal review.
Cryptocurrency derivatives, including perpetual futures, are complex, highly volatile and often traded with leverage. You can lose your entire margin quickly, and in some circumstances more than you deposited.
- No predictions. Sky Radar events, squeeze scores, scanner presets and signals describe observed market conditions. They are not forecasts, and similar conditions have often been followed by the opposite move.
- Past results. The Signal Transparency Lab reports recorded, rules-based paper signals and imported historical records. They are not executed trades, have not been independently verified, use simplified fee and slippage assumptions, and do not predict future results.
- Data limits. Exchange data may be delayed, revised or missing. Visible order-book liquidity can be withdrawn instantly. Open interest does not show who opened positions.
- Liquidation estimates. The risk calculator's liquidation figure is illustrative. Exchange margin tiers, maintenance margin, fees and funding change actual liquidation prices.
- Alerts can fail. Delivery depends on data availability and third-party providers.
- Regulation. Derivatives trading is restricted or prohibited in some jurisdictions. You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to you.
Only trade with money you can afford to lose. Consider independent professional advice.
