1. What Sky Terminal is

Sky Terminal is a market-information service. It collects public cryptocurrency derivatives market data from third-party exchanges, normalizes it, detects unusual conditions, sends alerts you configure, and publishes rules-based research signals and their recorded outcomes.

Sky Terminal is not an exchange, broker, investment adviser, portfolio manager or custodian. It does not hold your funds, does not accept exchange API keys, and does not place or execute trades.

2. No advice

Content on Sky Terminal — including Radar events, explanations, scanner presets, Sky Brief summaries, signals and risk-calculator outputs — is general information. It does not take into account your objectives, financial situation or needs and is not a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any asset. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions.

3. Accounts

You may sign in with a one-time code sent to your email or phone, with Google, or with Telegram. You must keep access to your login methods secure. One paid membership applies to one account. We may suspend accounts used for abuse, fraud, credential sharing at scale, scraping or attempts to bypass access controls.

4. Data accuracy and availability

Market data comes from third parties and can be delayed, incomplete, revised or unavailable. We label data sources and freshness, but we do not guarantee accuracy, completeness or uninterrupted availability. Alerts depend on data availability and on third-party delivery providers (for example Telegram and email); delivery is not guaranteed.

5. Acceptable use

You may not resell, redistribute or publicly republish members-only content in bulk, reverse engineer the service beyond what law permits, overload the service, or use it in breach of applicable law, including sanctions laws.

6. Fees

Memberships are prepaid for a fixed period and do not renew automatically. See the Membership Terms and the Payment & Refund Policy.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sky Terminal is provided "as is", and we are not liable for trading losses or for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service. [Liability cap and governing law to be determined with counsel.]

8. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced on the site before they take effect.
